When will my order be delivered?

Your order be be dispatched 5-10 working days from receipt of your cards, however we will always endeavour to deliver your goods quicker.

Once you have place your order you will revive a confirmation e mail with your order number and delivery instructions of where to send your chosen cards

Gift packs will be sent in 2-3 working days


Can I get next day delivery on frames?

As the product is made from your cards we need to receive them before we can start making your order. As soon as we receive your cards we endeavour to make your order and dispatch it with in the stated time frame.

You can order a Gift Pack for next working day delivery just select this option when you place your order.

Can I get my order quicker?

If you require your order quicker then please select express delivery (prices below goods) or please contact us jennie@framedmemories.co.uk

What cards do we use?

We use YOUR cards from your chosen occasion, we want to capture your memories and display them in a way everyone can see for years to come.

How many cards should i send?

We ask for approx. 10 cards from your chosen occasion, your welcome to send us more but remember it will cost your more in postage. If we don't use any cards we return these along with the any hand written sections not used with your complete order.

How should i send the cards to you?

The best way is package them securely in a mailing bag (as they’re waterproof) and then send it to us, please ensure you add your order number within the package so we know who's cards they are! You’ll receive a confirmation email after you’ve ordered containing postage instructions. If you haven’t received your email please contact us.

What cards can i send?

You can send us any cards from your chosen occasion, if we don't think they can be used or we don't have enough we will contact you to let you know.

Can i return my item?

All items personalised are non-refundable.

Please note that there is a wide variation in how the keepsakes come out, due to the different types of cards we receive the final item may well not look exactly like the pictures on our product pages. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch straight away to discuss it. Non personalised items can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. We will then either replace the item or, if you prefer, offer a full refund of the goods less the original delivery charges. All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office.

In the unlikely event an item contains an error or sustains damage during delivery please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns should be made either by Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel rate.

Refunds will be made to your original card/payment method.
