How long will it take for my order to be made and dispatched?

Our standard delivery time is 7-10 working days from receipt of your cards, However during busy periods, such as November and December, dispatch can be extended up to 15 working days. We can offer express delivery on all orders - you would need to request this service and pay an extra delivery charge.

Please note all express orders need to be placed by 2pm.

How long does shipping take?

We use First or Second class Royal Mail, this service takes 1-3 days. Next day delivery can be requested at extra cost.

Saturday delivery can be arranged at extra costs. Please call the studio to arrange this service.

Please note we cannot offer delivery on Sundays.

All delivery times are estimates. Please be advised that delays in the Royal Mail delivery service do occasionally take place however we do everything we can to assist in these cases.


Every item we send out will arrive boxed and protected with bubble wrap.


All items personalised are non-refundable.

Please note that there is a wide variation in how the keepsakes come out, due to the different types of cards we receive and the finish in the re claimed wood the final item may well not look exactly like the pictures on our product pages. If you are not happy with your order for any reason please get in touch straight away to discuss it. Non personalised items can be returned in their original condition and packaging within 14 days of delivery. We will then either replace the item or, if you prefer, offer a full refund of the goods less the original delivery charges. All return postage is the responsibility of the purchaser and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt from the Post Office.

In the unlikely event an item contains an error or sustains damage during delivery please contact us as soon as possible.

Returns should be made either by Royal Mail 2nd class small parcel rate.

Refunds will be made to your original card/payment method.

We cannot take responsibility for incorrect delivery addresses entered at the checkout. Any loss caused by incorrect addresses, financial or otherwise, will be your responsibility, unless the negligence is ours.
